Ozara is continuous specialist-led care for three conditions: blood pressure, blood sugar and cholesterol.
The treatment standard for each of them is set in Cardiology and Endocrinology. Instead of a fifteen-minute visit once a year, a specialist reviews your health every week and decides one change at a time.
No, and we would not recommend it. Ozara treats three conditions. You should keep a primary care physician for everything else.
Many patients share their Ozara data with their own doctor, which usually makes that relationship more useful rather than less.
Yes. Many Ozara patients are already on medication for one or more of these conditions.
Your specialist can adjust medication as part of your care. Never stop or change a prescription on your own — that decision belongs with your doctor.
Ozara works with commercial insurance plans. We are not currently able to bill Medicare.
